A very influential institution in achieving the SDG 17. iFED Global is a model institution for connecting young people who are engaged for "development" across the African continent. iFED has provided to me, the opportunity to extend and strengthen my experience in terms of international relations and volunteerism. Innovation for Empowerment and Development is on the way of building a very active and sustainable Global Youth world. To reach that goal, it will require ethical engagement from each one of you and partake in the next conference.

DIABA AHMED SOULEADOWA (COUNTRY REP IFED-TOGO, IYDC-ACCRA, 2018)

I have never dreamt of going this far but with IYDC, I have achieved beyond what I can imagine having the opportunity to interact with peers around Africa and the globe as a whole and also learning different ways of life, skills, attitudes and understanding of the world around us. I believe there is more to achieve and thanks to IYDC I’m achieving my potentials.

IBRAHIM ABDUL-MANAN (IYDC-ACCRA, 2018)

I find the IYDC a very brilliant initiative, not only does it expose and develop minds across Africa, it brings back revolutionary spirits! It makes us, the youth want to aim at something more and makes us want to achieve more basically because we have, collectively identified our problems as a continent, distinguish global challenges with local scales, we try also to think around solutions together and because we know the problems and find possible solutions, we can go back to our respective countries and effect change. The dignitaries have been incredible in the last conference. They incited a lot of passion is us. I am very excited to be part of this.

BELINDA ELIKPLIM CHAMENYI (IYDC-ACCRA, 2018)

As the IYDC Nigerian Country Director, I have watched hundreds of Nigerian delegates return from IYDC and began championing extraordinary projects. This has always been my joy. IYDC is indeed a blessing to the world.

AYO DAVID ADEYEMI (IYDC COUNTRY DIRECTOR – NIGERIA, IYDC-ACCRA 2016, 2017 & 2018)

IYDC-MUN personally is rated as a must attend conference. My Vision, Motivation and Purpose transited and became clear at my first participation in that conference in 2015. It challenged my thought patterns and process, it gave me a mind exposure, networking with young people with dreams and aspirations and so much zeal which spurred the quest for greatness in me. Listening to speakers who are making impact in different spheres created mental pictures of who I want to become. The plenary sections where exciting, inspiring, challenging and motivating, learning beyond my scope and configuring my mental structure. IYDC-MUN Conference was a life transforming moment for me, bringing youths who are Africa Future leaders together to prepare their minds for the journey ahead and equipping them with the right knowledge, network and resources to live their dreams. IYDC-MUN is a place to be for everyone who aspire to join in the impact trend of the world...

I would like to express my gratitude to the Chair of the World Health Organization (WHO) committee, the leadership and organizing committee of IYDC 2018-Accra for a successful conference. As delegate representing the federation of Russia, being part of such a wonderful conference sharpen and gain me new leadership skills and abilities since I was exposed to new ideas and thoughts from leading experts in leadership who have make their mark. Therefore through different discussions and debates, I was given the platform to share my rich ideas, passions, opinions and views which allow me to connect with like-minded people having the same dreams and ambitions for Africa. Therefore I think the International Youth Diplomacy Conference ACCRA-2018 was a perfect forum for me because we observed debate and discussed issues concerning the growth and development of Africa. I also gained feedback on my own ideas and thoughts, and even my particular leadership challenges I have met through different journeys of my life mentoring people. I was also able to connect with people from different parts of the world and today we are now best of friends and I am encouraging you all to apply for this year conference and experience a life changing experience.

The IYDC (IFED GLOBAL) provided an unparalleled combinations of relevant presentation and discussion topics with a broad range of participants. It also allowed me to take many young African leaders face-face as well as establish a network to hear in talks about how other groups are solving most likely the same problems we are trying to solve. It is also a good place to initiate collaboration which is key!

\My first time attending IYDC 2018 Conference Accra help me more in terms of my leadership abilities and also increase my knowledge on capacity building.
With the help of IYDC I was able to organize a NATIONAL YOUTH ENGAGEMENT NYE CONFERENCE 2018 and we were able to bring together hundreds of Sierra Leonean youths and heads of institutions. I was also able to join the campus peace club Sierra Leone which involves in peace building.
Many thanks to IYDC.
