Dr Kofi Osei-Kusi is a business entrepreneur, a speaker and a life coach who has dedicated most of his life to youth development.
The National Philanthropy Forum of Ghana recently awarded Dr Osei-Kusi as the Foundation Philanthropist of Ghana for the Year 2017. He was the winner of the prestigious SME Ghana High Impact Personality Award in 2016; the winner of the African Youth Special Recognitions Award in 2016, and was voted by the Young Professionals and Youth Coalition of Ghana (YPYC) as the Young Professional Role Model in youth development and empowerment in 2015. For two consecutive years, he has been shortlisted as one of 30 Heroes of Change by the MTN Ghana Foundation.
He serves as Executive President of the Osei-Kusi Foundation, which is an award-winning foundation providing mentoring, coaching, scholarships, leadership and rural outreaches to support the youth population. He is the Managing Consultant of OKF Consult, the Chancellor of GH Media School, and Chairman of the African Youth Philanthropy Network of Ghana.
He has a spontaneous gift and flair with young people, which together create an unforgettable experience for his audience, all of whom he encourages to rise to their full potential.
For more than two decades, he has been involved in the training and raising of hundreds of leaders through leadership seminars, training programmes and one-to-one coaching, as well as through his personal development books. His proprietary team-building technique—which notably has been used by a number of firms—is fast becoming the tool of choice for corporate bodies that seek to gel their teams in mind of achieving peak performance.
Dr Osei-Kusi has authored 18 books. He writes for the Business & Financial Times newspaper in Ghana and is a regular guest on GTV and other television talk shows, including ‘WISDOM FILLA’, which is a TV broadcast produced by the Osei-Kusi Foundation for the youth.He is happily married to Jackie, and they are blessed with four lively children.
Babalola Omoniyi is the Executive Director/ founder of the Pan African Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (PALEDEC)-a community-focused Leadership, social entrepreneurship and capacity development charitable organization. He is a Principal Partner at the World Advisors Council and recently got inaugurated as an Advisory Board Member in charge of International Relations at the Yesbud University, Zambia.
For the past 5 years, as founder of PALEDEC, Babalola has initiated and supervised several projects that have directly impacted over 9,000 people across Africa. Through PALEDEC, Babalola has consistently organized and supervised the Pan African Humanitarian Summit once a year since 2015 till date in one of the world’s capitals respectively in Accra (Ghana) , Dubai (UAE) , Dar-essalam (Tanzania) and Rabat (Morocco) with over 3,800 participants to include former Heads of State, Royalty, Celebrities as well as Business Leaders from 62 countries.
Amongst other projects, Babalola initiated and supervised the Fit to Lead Workshop and YOU(th) DECIDE to encourage youth participation in politics and also educate them to shun electoral violence and malpractices using narrations from actors from other countries.
Babalola also initiated and supervised the Child Summits and Award since 2017 to celebrate outstanding African children between the ages of 4-13 who have recorded tremendous and remarkable achievements in various fields.
Between 2016 and 2018, Babalola has volunteered as PR and Development Communication Director for Water for Rural Africa Foundation (Ghana); Director of Contact and Mobilization for the Coalition of Wives of African Presidents for Peace; and Director of Public Relations at West African Youth Summit.
Babalola has advance diploma certification in Public Relations; Digital Marketing and Communication; Business and Administrative Management; and 3D Animation from the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations; Digital Marketing Skills Academy, London Academy Business School and Earlybell Institute respectively.
Bernard Oduro Takyi is Young Commercial Farmer and the Founder/CEO of Omanbapa Ghana Ltd (www.omanbapaghana.com), which is an award winning Agribusiness Company in Ghana with focus on organic & mechanized farming, unique branding, secure packaging and efficient door to door sale of Farm Products (Food Crops, Vegetables, Fruits and Bush Meat).
He is also the Founder and CEO of CEEP Ghana Ltd (www.ceepghana.com) with core expertise in Entrepreneurial Education, Mentorship, Professional Learning and General Business Consultancy Services. CEEP Ghana Ltd currently is the representative of TPLC-Mauritius, Fitch Learning-UK, Harel Mallac Technologies-Mauritius and Harel Mallac Global Services Ltd.
He is also a Managing Partner of PEB SERVICES LTD which is a leading Private Limited Liability Company in Ghana with expertise in General Merchants, Business Consultancy, Business Facilitations, Project Analysis etc established since 2006. Currently the representative of Imali FzE (Independent Member, Geneva Capital Group) one of the leading funding intermediaries in the world.
He is a self-motivated Young Entrepreneur with over 4years practical experience in Agribusiness Entrepreneurship and Grant Management. He is both a National and an International Award Winner in the field of Agribusiness Entrepreneurship. He is a USADF Agribusiness YALI Entrepreneur 2016 Grant Award Winner, Best Sunyani West District Vegetables Farmer from the Ministry of Food & Agriculture (2012 & 2015), Best Sunyani West District Farmer Based Group, Omanbapa Group (2014), Ghana’s Next Young Entrepreneur Award for the Most Innovative Agribusiness Company (2013) and Enablis Entrepreneurial Network Award for Business Launchpad Award for Agribusiness Company (2014). He is also a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). 2017 UKaid ENGINE Grant Award Winner and 2017 Premium Bank Club 100 Start Up Award Winner.
He is a Graduate of University of Ghana, Qualified Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK and Associate Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists, USA and also double as an Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program Trainer for Agripreneurship currently a Facilitator for the National Youth Council of Namibia on Youth Entrepreneurship in Value Addition Agriculture.
He is currently the elected Regional Coordinator of Commonwealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs-West Africa (CAYE-WA) with the oversight mandate of advancing the promotion of Youth Entrepreneurship in Ghana, Gambia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Cameroon. CAYE-West Africa key focus is in 4 thematic areas among the Four Commonwealth Member Nations in West Africa namely; Policy and Advocacy, Trade Growth & Business Development, Youth Entrepreneurial Mentorship and Promoting of Youth Entrepreneurship as a Viable Sector
He also doubles as the Official Representative of The Mauritius Chemical and Fertilizer Industry (MCFI) Ltd as well as Chemco Limited which are leading Producers of Fertilizers and Chemicals in the Indian Ocean and larger part of Africa.
Again as the Regional Coordinator of CAYE-West Africa, He led the CAYE African Delegation to the 3rd Commonwealth-China Global Business Summit that was held in China dated September 24-29, 2017. He is also the Official Representative for the 2018 Africa Trade and Investment Global Summit (ATIGS) to be held in USA in June 2018 and a Selected Solo Speaker on the Agriculture Forum for ATIGS 2018. He has successfully led delegation to over 11 International Forums; CHOGM 2018 (UK), Nottingham Africa Summit 2018 (UK), China Young Entrepreneurs Association Summits 2017 & 2018 (China), Commonwealth Youth Summit 2017 (Malaysia), Africa Trade & Investment Global Summit (ATIGS) 2018 (USA) etc
Lastly, He is the Elected Presiding Member of Sunyani West District Assembly of the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana with population of over 90,000 people. His roles include among others Speaker/Convener of all Assembly Meetings in the District, Chairman of the Public Relation and Complaints Committee of the District, Member of the District Business Development Committee, Member of the District Audit and Tender Committee and most importantly supervisor of all Town, Area, Urban and Zonal Councils of the District.
His Entrepreneurial Interest lies in the area of Agribusiness, Smart Energy, Manufacturing, Technology, Real Estate, Fund Management, Sales & Marketing, Fashion, Equity Financing, Business Fronting and Entrepreneurial Education/Mentorship.

HARRIS ANDOH–joined RUDEYA in June 2014 as an Executive Director. The roles and responsibilities as the Executive Director include to:
- Oversee the overall program management of the organization;
- Provide support services to the Board of Directors of RUDEYA; and
- Undertake fund raising activities for the organization.
Harris Andoh has about thirteen (13) years of professional research experience in Global Environmental Management; Human Security; Policy studies and Analysis; Rural Development, and socio-economic studies.
He holds a PhD in Science and Technology Policy Studies from Stellenbosch University, South Africa; Master of Philosophy degree in Environmental Science from the University of Ghana and B. Sc in Agricultural Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. In addition, he has also received training in Governance in Oil, Gas and Mining Revenues from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
He has been a Consultant for International Organizations including: The German Development Cooperation (GIZ) and PROMAR Consult (Japan). He has also worked with several international institutions including the United Nations University and Kultursudier AS, Norway under the Global Environmental Management program.
